Variafy vs AdKit: drafts, CRM payments and limits
Consider AdKit for multi-platform campaign drafts reviewed in a project workspace. Consider Variafy for payment matching and account alerts if invitation-only beta access and Meta-only ad changes fit your work.

Variafy is our product. Vendor statements in this table were checked on 30 October 2026; no paid competitor account was tested.
| Question | Variafy | AdKit |
|---|---|---|
| Platforms | Meta Ads; read-only Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, GA4 and Search Console. (Source, checked ) | Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, X and Microsoft ad accounts. (Source, checked ) |
| Reading and writing | Read and analyze connected platforms. Ad changes are limited to Meta. (Source, checked ) | Performance analysis and campaign changes prepared as drafts. (Source, checked ) |
| Confirmation before changes | Preview and confirmation for every Meta ad change. The owner can require signed-in approval for spend increases. (Source, checked ) | Drafts wait for explicit approval before reaching the live account. (Source, checked ) |
| Monitoring | Meta account and delivery checks every 15 minutes; alert emails at most once an hour. Scheduled email briefs and daily Meta advice. (Source, checked ) | Pricing lists competitor tracking and new-campaign alerts; this differs from an account-health monitoring cadence. (Source, checked ) |
| Access | Invitation through the waiting list; Meta users also accept a manual tester invitation during app review. (Source, checked ) | Project-based plans with a 7-day trial. (Source, checked ) |
| Price and limits | $0 during beta. 3 connections per platform; 300 counted changes per UTC calendar month per workspace. Reads, pauses, monitors and briefs do not use that allowance. (Source, checked ) | Single Project: $29/month, 1 project and 1 ad account per platform. Multiple Projects: $49/month, unlimited projects and ad accounts. Monthly view checked 30 October 2026; $49 and $97 are crossed-out reference prices, not two extra plans. (Source, checked ) |
| Who is it for? (our assessment) | A lead business that wants matched payments and Meta account alerts, with the beta’s access and connection limits. | A marketer needing drafts across the listed channels or creative research in the same toolbox. |
The checked MCP page does not establish Pipedrive or file-payment matching. Competitor activity alerts are documented, but they do not by themselves establish an account-health check cadence. (Source, checked )
When the competitor is the better choice
Our assessment: choose AdKit when the task needs multi-channel draft review rather than Meta-only changes.
Its pricing includes the ad library, AI studio and MCP in the project plans. (Source, checked ) The product site also describes creative generation and an ad cloner. (Source, checked )
Separate the draft workflow from project capacity
Both project plans include MCP, the ad library and AI studio; the capacity difference is one project versus unlimited projects and ad accounts. (Source, checked )
Our assessment: use AdKit when campaign drafts and creative research belong in the same client workspace. If the question is about payments matched to ads, inspect our CRM scope instead of treating creative analytics as payment reconciliation.
Trial task: review Meta and Google drafts for two brands
Our suggested evaluation uses two sample brand briefs. In the plan that supports multiple projects, keep each brief with its intended account and ask for Meta and Google campaign drafts using supplied assets.
Inspect the account, campaign structure, budget, creative and status in each draft before approving anything. Then check whether one brand’s work remains in its own project. This tests the documented draft buffer and the reason to choose more than one project.
For the Meta part of our beta, the comparable check is a preview and confirmation. Our product cannot apply the Google campaign. See agency selection criteria.
How we checked
The MCP product page was used for draft behavior and platforms; the pricing page was read in its Monthly view on 30 October 2026. The two plan prices were distinguished from the crossed-out reference amounts. No project, generated creative or campaign was created during this review. Product limits on our side come from llms.txt and the landing page.
Questions
Which AdKit plan covers more than one brand or client project?
The monthly view lists Single Project at $29 for one project and one ad account on each platform. Multiple Projects is $49 for unlimited projects and ad accounts. Both include MCP; checked 30 October 2026.
What happens before an AdKit draft reaches a live account?
The MCP page describes reviewing and approving drafts before changes reach the live account. The proposed test above checks the target, budget and assets in that draft; it is not a report of a live test.
Are the crossed-out $49 and $97 two more AdKit plans?
No. In the checked monthly display they are reference amounts beside the current $29 and $49 plan prices. The plan comparison labels the current amounts as billed monthly; no promotion end date is assumed here.
