Best AI tools for Facebook ads agencies: a workflow guide
The best AI tool for a Facebook ads agency is the one that fits its account access, approval authority and reporting work. This seven-tool shortlist separates those needs and includes Variafy, our invitation-only beta, with its 3-connections-per-platform limit.

Four criteria before a trial
| Criterion | What to verify | A useful trial task |
|---|---|---|
| Many accounts | Included accounts, extra-slot costs and separate client workspaces | List exactly the accounts assigned to one team member |
| Access rights | Who can read, propose, approve and revoke | Use an analyst account and check the visible scope |
| Approval | Whether the server blocks a change before sign-off | Prepare a budget increase and leave it unapproved |
| Client reports | Recipients, sharing, branding, reporting dates and payment evidence | Reproduce one weekly report and reconcile it to source totals |
These are our evaluation criteria. A vendor’s platform list or tool count does not establish team permissions or client-report quality.
Seven tools to evaluate
- Meta official: Reporting, ad management, catalogs and experiments through Meta’s own hosted server. (Source, checked ) Our assessment: a starting point for a Meta-focused team that can assemble its own reporting routine.
- Pipeboard: Premium lists 10 ad-account slots and up to 5 team accounts; additional slots are 29.90 zł/month each. Prices are shown in the visitor’s currency; checked in PLN on 30 October 2026. (Source, checked ) Tool-permission tokens are on Pro+; per-account token scoping is on Agency. (Source, checked ) Consider it when delegated connector access is the main requirement.
- Adspirer: Documents client-branded shareable dashboards. (Source, checked ) Scheduled agents queue proposals for approval. (Source, checked ) Consider it for a reporting-and-proposals workflow.
- AdKit: Single Project is $29/month for 1 project and 1 account per platform; Multiple Projects is $49/month for unlimited projects and ad accounts, in the checked monthly view. (Source, checked ) Changes remain drafts until approved. (Source, checked ) Consider it for draft review across projects.
- Blend: Growth lists unlimited ad accounts and agency support. (Source, checked ) Its safety guide describes session scoping for client accounts. (Source, checked ) Consider it when account capacity and cross-channel work dominate.
- GoMarble: Governance covers agent access, allowed actions and approvals. (Source, checked ) It offers paid-media reporting workflows. (Source, checked ) Consider it when agent governance and report production belong in one workspace.
- Variafy: Free invitation-only beta: 3 connections per platform, CRM payment matching, account alerts and previewed Meta changes. (Source, checked ) Consider it for a small lead-business workflow; Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn Ads are read-only.
Vendor descriptions checked 30 October 2026. The order is not a performance ranking; suitability notes are our assessment. Verify role details and the selected plan before connecting a client account.
Run the trial with one client
Our suggested trial uses one client, one account and one completed reporting week. Record the account ID, currency and time zone, then request spend, results, cost per result and one explanation of a change.
Ask for a proposed budget edit, leave it pending and inspect who can approve it. Keep the report recipient explicit. Compare the report with the source platform and, where relevant, the payment ledger.
Expand only after the account boundary and approval behavior are clear. Use the weekly agency routine and client-report checklist to keep the task consistent.
Before choosing Variafy for an agency
The beta allows 3 connections per platform and 300 counted changes per UTC calendar month per workspace. Reads, pauses, monitors and scheduled briefs do not consume that allowance. Managing many client accounts? Tell us in the form.
Access is by invitation; during Meta app review, invited users also accept a manual tester invitation. Read the full product scope. The beta is not a public promise of agency-scale capacity.
Continue with a narrower comparison

How we checked
Checked 30 October 2026 using the linked public product, pricing and governance pages. No paid agency account or performance benchmark was tested. Recommendations are based on documented workflow fit, not a claim that a tool improves results.
Questions
Which tool is best for an agency with many clients?
Compare account capacity and team access first. Then test approval authority and report delivery with one client; the shortlist records documented options rather than a universal winner.
Does multi-account support prove client isolation?
No. Inspect which accounts each user or token can reach, and how a proposal names its target account.
Can Variafy change all the platforms it connects?
No. Only Meta ad changes are supported, after preview and confirmation. Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn Ads are read-only.
