When the competitor is the better choice
Our assessment: prefer Pipeboard when its platform coverage matches your work or you need to delegate a limited token.

Do not move a working reporting setup solely for a larger free number: check the billing unit and your payment-data requirements first.
Choose the token boundary before the plan
Tool-permission tokens and account-scoped tokens are different controls: the permissions guide puts the first on Pro+ and the second on Agency. (Source, checked )

Trial task: delegate one client to a reporting analyst
Our suggested test starts with two Meta client accounts and an analyst who should see only one. Use a token restricted to reporting tools, then verify the account list and request a report for the allowed client.
Check the second boundary separately: does the token also prevent access to the other account? Do not mistake a ban on write tools for account isolation. Ask the provider to demonstrate that boundary before sharing real client access.

Pipeboard’s README, token guide and pricing matrix were rechecked on 30 October 2026. Pricing was read in a browser with Monthly selected and “Prices are shown in PLN”; no USD amount is asserted. How many account slots do Pipeboard Free and Pro include?
The checked monthly pricing page lists 2 slots on Free and 3 on Pro. In the PLN view, Pro is 89.90 zł/month and each additional slot is 29.90 zł/month; prices use the visitor’s currency. Checked 30 October 2026.
Does a read-only Pipeboard token also isolate one client account?
These are separate controls. The current token guide and pricing matrix place tool-permission tokens on Pro+ and per-account token scoping on Agency; verify the boundary you need.
Does the Pipeboard README establish an unattended monitoring schedule?
It describes asking a compatible client to monitor metrics. A separate server-side cadence was not established in that source; ask how the schedule runs and where alerts arrive.
